Biography

Michael DeLucia (b. 1978) lives and works in New York, NY. DeLucia received a Bachelor of Fine Art degree in 2001 from Rhode Island School of Design, Providence, RI and a Masters of Fine Art in 2004 from the Royal College of Art, London, UK.

 

DeLucia is the recipient of the 2009-10 Commission: Public Art Fund at Metro Tech Center, 2004-05 Research assistantship RCA, the 2004 Tiranti Prize, and the 2003 Parallel prize.

 

DeLucia has had solo exhibitions at Alan Koppel Gallery, Chicago, IL; Galerie Nathalie Obadia, Brussels, Belgium; Eleven Rivington, New York, NY;  Luce Gallery, Turin, Italy; Anthony Meier Fine Arts, San Francisco, CA; and Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA), Santa Barbara, CA.
